◊ Whenever you apply box style settings to the entire table, from the Selected Cell Style dialog, these settings will be applied to any new cells that are added later. This is new for 2.1; previously, box styles for new cells would always be taken from the current document defaults. The box style settings include: background shade, background color, frame thickness, frame shade, and frame color.
This rule for remembering box style settings only applies to settings that are applied when the entire table is selected, by clicking the corner selection button before going to the Selected Cell Style dialog. Settings that are only applied to part of the table, such as certain rows or columns, will not be applied to cells that are added later.
